Měl bys běžet, jestli to chceš stihnout
In a nutshell
Aleš Dvořák, a runner with a PhD in chemistry, loosely follows up on his debut and describes running through the eyes of an ordinary person, including the biochemistry of what happens in the body as you run. I had to read some passages twice, but they're exactly what sets the book apart.
Who it's for: Those who love running and have chemistry as a hobby.
Maybe not for: If you dislike chemistry, give this book a wide berth.
This book has not been published in English.
